Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp with a photo of the package within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Orders placed via WhatsApp can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once the shipping confirmation is sent, the order cannot be canceled.
If a refund is approved for a damaged or missing order, it will be processed directly to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
